You must have an active OnlyFans account or intend to launch one.
3. Talent & Creator Agreements
Creators working with the agency will sign a separate Creator Agreement outlining terms of service, compensation, deliverables, and expectations.
You agree to grant us permission to use your likeness, content, and brand materials for promotion and campaign management when applicable.
4. Payments & Fees
Payment terms will be outlined in the signed agreement between the agency and each creator/client.
Non-payment or late payment may result in suspension or termination of services.
5. Intellectual Property
All original strategies, branding materials, and content provided by the agency remain the intellectual property of Chic Talent Agency unless otherwise agreed.
Unauthorized distribution, resale, or reuse of our materials is strictly prohibited.
6. Cancellation and Termination
Either party may terminate the relationship with written notice as outlined in the individual agreement.
No refunds will be issued once services have been rendered unless stated in writing.
7. Disclaimer
We do not guarantee specific financial results. Your success depends on your effort, brand, and audience.
Chic Talent Agency is not affiliated with OnlyFans and does not manage the OnlyFans platform.
8. Limitation of Liability
Chic Talent Agency is not liable for damages, losses, or disputes resulting from content performance or platform issues (e.g., OnlyFans outages or policy changes).
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
Disputes will be handled in the jurisdiction of Aventura, FL.
